Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 474127.

The dangeriously cracked and uneven pavement was reported by me on the 20 October 2022, neally a year ago. It was not fixed on the 27 October 2022 as advised, which I reported at the time and again on the 2 November 2022.Three times during the year I have had to reposition the cones after disturbance. • We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

    State changed to: Action scheduled

  • It is now over a month ago since you said that the highways team have issued this work to one of their delivery gangs, yet nothing has been done. As it is well over a year since I first reported the matter, I believe the Council is now in serious breach of its duty of care and the placements of the cones no longer provide the Council any protection in the event of a personal injury claim. Even forbid a person getting injured. Please give this repair some urgent priority.
