  • The flood water is now advancing. There are several properties in the area with septic tanks. These will soon become inundated with flood water.

  • Surface water is streaming off the A52 and using the rear of Rannoch House as a soak away. After flowing through No4, 5 & 6. This issue has been reported several times in previous years and the Highway department have done little to fix the problem. For such a major trunk road it has hopeless infrastructure.

  • As of this morning (28/11/23) the drains are blocked / overflowing AGAIN. Any further rainfall will cause the same flooding / damage as occurred in October.
