Chapel Lane, Sibsey

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 474783.

The water is flowing from frithville road east and west and along the west side of chapel lane were there is no form drainage it is entering our garden and pooling up around our property entering through our air bricks, we have been in this bungalow 4 week's and this is the second time this happened,
