The drain where St Mary’s Place meets St Mary’s Street has been blocked for many years.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 475156.
The drain where St Mary’s Place meets St Mary’s Street has been blocked for many years and I have often reported this. It has never been fixed as far as I know. When there is a lot of rain, it fills up almost immediately and water comes rushing down the very shallow gutter by the cobbles and onto the pavement, creating a river along the sloping pavement. This makes St Mary’s Place very unpleasant for pedestrians.
