Drain goes under the road at a right angle and emerges from under the road

Reported via mobile in the Damaged dyke, ditch or culvert category anonymously at 20:42, Mon 23 October 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 475858.

The water cannot emerge from under the road with enough force to join the main Leasingham Beck.

The small ditch needs clearing of a build up of silt in the open part of the drain. The pipe under the road also needs to be larger to carry the volume of water which we always experience during the wetter months - the restriction causes a back up of water where it goes under the road initially at the Lincoln Road/Spring Lane junction.
