Out side high field house

The last 3 drain’s coming out of stickney towards Boston on the A16 are all blocked. Every time we get even only a small amount of rain the road floods about 1m into road and all of footpath resulting in my son having to try to dodge traffic to get to and from school by walking in the road to get around the water as we only have a footpath on the east side of the A16. I did notice that a few weeks ago we had the drain clearing company come to clean the drains all the way in the village until they got to them 3 then they left the last 3 drains untouched I personally think this is unacceptable for my child to have to walk in the road when we’ve had some rain thanks Dave
