Drain blockage

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 475966.

The drain between Nos 27 and 29 Winchelsea Road appears to be blocked and is always covered by a pool of water (this is occuring as I write this note}. I do not know the cause of the blockage but it is apparent every time it rains.
