Drainage ditch along hedgerow

There are 3 points along the ditch that have issues 1. Debris has collected and got stuck in the culvert. 2. The amount of silt has caused the culvert to be very narrow and possibly speeding up the flow of water into the property further down the road that has experienced flooding (37 Lincoln Road). 3. The culvert under Lincoln Road from the A15 is completely overgrown and therefore could be causing flooding further down the ditch.
