Van has been parked near on 3 weeks with its front wheels up on ramps. Where the vehicle is parked is not only an eyesore but dangerous for other drivers, cyclists and pedestrians. De Wint Court is an over 55’s establishment and there are a lot of elderly residents. Don’t know whose vehicle it is?
