Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 476248.

Service water gully that is in the verge is not on your system so contractor say they are unable to clean it, this takes the majority of surface water from the road and needs to be cleaned every time. Please can you ring me to confirm its on your system 01406370629. Contractors outside now unable to go ahead. We have a flooding problem.
