Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 476360.

Are you lot ever going to unblock the gullies and kerb drains in this location then perhaps when there’s substantial rain it won’t flow into my drive as bad you have completely neglected these drains for a long time what’s the point in paying council tax for you not to maintain the bloody drains get your fingers out and sort it the all the residents along the rd have had enough just clear them out and do your bloody job before we get the next storm and deal with raw sewage pissin out the rd man holes and contaminating my drive and the lagoon that is situated next to my property it’s a health hazard and you have done nothing as per usual.
