Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 476601.

Why haven't you put bollards near the hotels, this hasn't solved the problem that I reported to you 2 years ago, you have put bollards up every where else but not on the bit where cars and motor bikes are still driving on the path , I've taken photos but today Saturday 28th October the path is full of cars when is this problem going to be sorted??
