Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 476671.

For many months (year plus?) there has been a large hole in the pipe that lies partly buried along the side of this road LCC(?) has placed bollards, sand bags and temporary cover over the hole An update on the status of repair is requested. Has the issue of ownership been resolved please? Thank you

  • We are aware of the problem and there are plans to make full repairs/improvements to the pipe as soon as resources are available. (NB. this is not a highways owned pipe, it does not drain the highway). Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
