From railway crossing to pelican crossing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 477050.

Several street lights not working. Again. Think I've reported this every winter for last 3 or 4 years. Different sections fail every year. Dangerous & unsafe foe those on footpath in the dark!
