  • Despite someone coming to look at the issue the loose cover has still not been fixed and is as noisy as ever on 1 Feb 24. Please fix it.

  • A neighbour did what the Council advised as they do not see it as their issue but one for Anglia Water. However, Anglia Water have advised the neighbour that the drain is not broken therefore they will not take any action. So now we have permanent noise polution disturbing properties within 200m but no one will own the problem or address it. Only recourse will be to raise with local MPs and local news outlets if nothing is done and no one is willing to take action. What taxes and bills we pay obviously don’t cover this. Reported again in exasperation, frustration and tiredness!
