Bupa dentist/zebra crossing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 477369.

The pole and flashing amber globe is missing. Drivers visibility on the approach to the zebra crossing is impaired by greenery

    This issue is being ignored. It's been reported a number of times, responded to, but no action taken. The light pole has been recently wrapped with tape, again, as the picture shows, but that's as far as it goes.
