I agree. It’s clearly misused too often! Such a shame that it was fixed and done up nice and is being left in such an awful state. I know people misusing it can’t really be helped but may I suggest some better cctv or having someone regularly jet wash it down or clean it in some way.

This was the state of it the other night. No where for people to shelter themselves or for members of the public to sit and wait for the bus. Seats are sticky with god knows what. I even watched an elderly lady place a tea towel on the seat so she could sit down in it. Someone needs to be keeping on top of this

As the weather is getting colder, more people are looking to wait in the shelter but choosing not to use it due to the state of it. Chips, sweets and bottle tops and glass all over the floor. Sticky sweets and more on the chairs. Clearly no one is keeping on top of the maintenance of this bus station!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unsanitary conditions at the bus stop shelter located at the Co op. As a regular commuter who relies on public transportation, I believe it is crucial to bring attention to the current state of the shelter, which has become an unpleasant and unhygienic environment for passengers.
Upon recent visits to the bus stop, I observed significant accumulations of dirt, debris, and trash both inside and around the shelter. The seating area is particularly affected, making it uncomfortable and, frankly, unsanitary for commuters waiting for their buses. The presence of litter and grime not only tarnishes the overall appearance but also poses potential health hazards.
I understand that maintaining public spaces requires ongoing efforts, but the current condition of this bus stop shelter is beyond what one should reasonably expect. It is essential for the well-being of the passengers and the overall image of your public transportation service that prompt action is taken to address these cleanliness issues.
I kindly request that the responsible department undertake a thorough cleaning of the bus stop shelter. Regular maintenance and cleaning schedules should be implemented to prevent the recurrence of such unsanitary conditions.
I believe that a clean and well-maintained public transportation system is crucial for the satisfaction and safety of its users. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to witnessing positive changes in the cleanliness standards at the mentioned bus stop shelter.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Thank you for fixing the lights but still needs more attention. Glass is filthy and chairs too dirty to sit on. Broken glass all on the floor. A little more effort needed.
