At the Saffron Walk end of Mercia Gardens

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 477821.

There was an incident last week where an older lady tripped and fell into one of the ditches that are there with water in. There is very little light there. Please look to see if additional lighting could be put in.
