Reported light on oct 20 fix my street was arranged and duly came and then said problem had been fixed. But it wasn’t as Light has never worked since, engineer on 3rd Nov said beyond his capability as no power to light and box badly corroded needed replacing. Have heard nothing since, please make sure he has forwarded this to the department that will come and fix it please. It was job ref 475242.

We’ve been to the site and investigated the issue. We couldn’t get this sorted just yet and more work is needed. We’ll keep you informed about how this progresses.

We’ve had a look at the street light and found that it’s not working because there’s a problem with the power supply. We’ve reported this to the electricity board. Once they have fixed getting power to the light we will re-inspect it and schedule any further repairs if necessary.
