• Previously reported and advised it was an East Lindsey issue. ELC say its a Lincs CC issue. Please work together to sort the problem and not pass me between departments to sort out a local issue.

• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• Thanks for getting in touch with us. In this case, we’re not responsible for this issue. Our officer attended this site during rainfall and found no issues with water. However Bee Orchid Way is a private development and does not comprise part of the Section 36 agreement. Any queries should be directed to the planning authority East Lindsey District Council.   Hi, The water is coming from Grimsby Road, Louth. Its direction of travel is from the direction of Bee Orchid Way and also (sarcastically from the sky, which I understand is also not your jurisdiction!) in brief and to give clarity water from Grimsby Road is flooding my property. I have sent clear photos showing a ‘river’ down my driveway and a pool at my front door. Please request the officer to visit my property and speak to me as I would suggest they were at the wrong location! The same issues were resolved at 78 Grimsby Road recently.

• In addition to the above update. The flood water is also causing damp issues on the inside walls of my house resulting in me having to use a dehumidifier at unnecessary expense to me.

• Further to the above update. The water from Grimsby Road is also causing damp issues to the inside of my property near to where the water is pooling.
