Junction Ely Street > York Road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 478885.

Caller mentions roads have being resurfaced recently but junction mentioned above has two large unfinished holes in the middle of the road that caller was told contractors would come back to complete over two weeks ago. Cannot see any further works on one.network.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • Thank you for making us aware of the issue, due to the new road surface that was laid recently, some of the manholes are now too low and will need lifting/uncovering. This is why it appears as if there are holes in the road. Ely Street is due for adjustment works on the 11/12/23 Thank you for reporting this matter.
