Just before turning to farm buildings

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 479032.

This drain has been blocked for months and is damaging the road. Been reported so many times. Then a couple of weeks ago Anglian Water put up signs to say advance warning road closure from 15 November for 3 days. And guess what, they must have turned up today, did nothing but removed the advance warning road closure signs. Nothing is fixed.
