Been Reported once, all that happened was it was wrapped in Shrink Wrap. The Obvious has happened; it has been torn off and now the whole box is exposed to the elements in for winter and the foreseeable. National Grid not picking up their phones. Very, very neglectful and irresponsible of the company concerned. Thankyou
