Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 479386.

Blocked drain again. Been like this over 5 weeks. Water covers the road. Doesn't drain away. Nothing has been done as usual. Apart from putting up traffic lights. 3rd time in 4 years. Same old story. Property and pavements covered in mud. Please get this sorted soon. Or are you going to wait for the icy weather?
