Road outside Millbrook
Reported via desktop in the Damaged road edge, encroaches more than 100mm category anonymously at 10:28, Sun 19 November 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 479390.
Subsidence to road edge. Dropped below previous 'patching'. Uneven surface causes vehicles to 'bounce'. Opposite side of road also uneven due to previous works by Ofcom (crack width of road widening), private contractor sewerage installation (road uneven within tyre line) seal breaking up. Combination of defects in the road surface resulting in vibration and 'thuds' affecting property. Last 'repair' 2021, last reported Dec 2021 376448 when highways did not repair as they did not consider it a 'safety issue'. The road is now in a considerably worse state.
