String of potholes that adorn the carriageway

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 479393.

As per the title, there are several potholes in a long line across both sides of the carriageway, which require filling in please action

We are not taking immediate action on this request. An inspection carried out on the 20/9/23 showed that whilst some defects were noted especially within the trench surface on the Washingborough side of the bridge these did not meet the County Councils safety intervention criteria at the time of the inspection. However a more significant permanent surface repair is being considered at the location but no timescale for this work can be provided at this time. Please be aware that all roads are inspected for safety and condition at a frequency in accordance with Council policy. Thankyou for reporting this matter.

Hi can you please explain why the potholes won’t or can’t be repaired at this location? Can you please provide details of when this location was last inspected please?

Numerous deep potholes located along this stretch and of the road located within the red road markings.

Carers cars park outside bungalow adjacent to these big pot holes meaning traffic has to go over them. They cannot be avoided and will cause a motorcyclist an accident before long
