A17 Heckington bypass.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 479398.

The road where it opens out the Chevrons cannot be seen very well and in places non existent. On 3 separate occasions I have had vehicles undertake and overtake when travelling along these sections of road. The lines all need repainting

  • We're sending you this message to let you know that we've assessed this fault and at this time it does not require immediate urgent repair. However we have previously identified this area for a larger scale improvement scheme for refreshing the lining at this location along with the rest of the A17 in the division. At this stage we are unable to give specific dates for this or definitely commit to the scheme this financial year because we prioritise these schemes with others for the rest of the County and the resources available to us each year. Thank you for reporting this matter.
