Old environment building near Stamp end.

Reported via desktop in the Fallen tree or branch category anonymously at 12:51, Mon 20 November 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 479559.

This morning between 10.00am and 10.30 am I saw two males cutting the trees down outside the old environment building. They had no work signs out. No restrictions to the footpath or the road and were not wearing any safer gear. They had a chainsaw and a machete. They had no helmets and no gloves on and my concerns were for passers by, cars and the men themselves. The men were speaking Polish or Litiuanian.
