Church View Main Road Benington Pe22 OBT

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 13:16, Mon 20 November 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 479563.

Blocked drains on the path and side of the road are causing flooding when it rains on to my driveway, path and also the corner of my house. When water finally does finally go down, it takes several hours after rain has stopped, it leaves thick sludge mud which is a slip hazard to myself and anyone else walking on the pathway, it has also become hard to see where the road meets the pavement. You have replied that the drains have been cleaned in the last year, October 2022 i'm last aware of, but they are blocked again due to the mud from vehicles/tractors passing by.

  • Pavement, side a road and my private pathway and part of my drive flooded from rain overnight due to blocked drains on the pathway. Rain water up against side of property potentially causing damp issue as the happens every time it rains
