Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 479614.

The lamp outside 47 Meridian Road we taken up as a car ran into it breaking it. I was the person reporting it and the old lamp was removed that same night.But it’s never been replaced.This area it old age pensioner bungalows It’s not safe walking out there with no light.
