Reported via mobile in the Mud on the road category anonymously at 19:37, Monday 20 November 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 479631.

Excessive amount of mud on the road again. I know I reported this last week but there’s still no signage up, warning people of the mud. There’s ongoing work in the fields here, so it’s going to be like this for a while.

I’m aware of the mud but others might not be and this will easily catch somebody out - if you’re coming from Eagle village direction, you cannot see the mud until you’re already going around the corner. This is part of the National Cycling Network, so it’s reasonable to expect people not familiar with the roads to be using this. If the council won’t intervene with a clean-up, can we please have some signs put up to warn people??
