This has been reported but it’s even deeper and bigger. Right in cyclists path on the side of the road. It’s a massive hazard , if you hit it , it will send you over the handle bars, or break a spring on your car. It should be sign posted as it encroached now into the road. It can not be seen in the dark. Outside number 8 Ryland rd. thanks
