I have been informed that the council intend to leave filling in and potholes or resurfacing hoplands road while the chestnut home’s estate is being constructed…. This road cannot be left in this manner/state for another 5 years! Which is the likely timeline for the estate to be completed. They commence phase 5 in 2024…. This road is only going to get worse, and is going to cause a serious health and safety risk and damage to vehicles using it. I find it staggering that the highways team are even thinking about living this road to deteriorate further!

Does this issue need to be raised with the local news on the lack of action from the council??
