Cricket club footway and boundary pastures

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 480202.

The fold down bollard / post is missing and vehicles are using path to drive down. Please reinstate the bollard. Very busy with walkers/ children. Illegal driving on a footpath.
