Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 480326.

Whenever we have a decent amount of rain, the road outside the Dr's Surgery and Pharmacy, floods. This makes it difficult for patients to get into the surgery

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Why have we closed this report? We cleaned this areas drains in the last year and our last inspection showed that they are working well. It’s worth noting though that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains like these can be overwhelmed. If the problem happens again but in less extreme conditions then please report this to us and we will investigate the issue again. Thank you for reporting this matter.

This is still causing us a problem and making it very difficult for patients to access the Dr's Surgery when it rains. This happens every time we have some rain - it does not need to be significant or over a long period of time. The picture was after around 2 hours of rain

As above, I have previously been in touch about the large amount of standing water outside Old Leake Medical Centre. This is almost blocking the entrance, both drop curbs are full of water which is causing accessibility problems for our patients. I appreciate we have had a large quantity of rain, but I am also concerned this is a regular problem every year, which heading into the Winter is going to cause several problems for our surgery and patients. Today we had a delivery of medication supplies and as a result of the standing water, the supplies have been damaged and are unable to be used. We would really appreciate your help with this matter.
