We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

This Pothole is now a metre plus round and is approximately 7-9 inches ( 200mm + ) deep. I received another phone call from a parishioner this morning (13/12/23) saying he had to get a replacement tyre after hitting this Pothole in the last day and it ruined it. This is now a very dangerous Pothole as it gets covered over after heavy rain and is in the proximity of the only "passing place" on this section of West End road in this section. It means this is in a position that many vehicles are unable to miss it.
