By the new build half way up the hill
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 480677.
There is a line of previously dug up tarmac (for services to new build approx 12-18m ago) across the road and now sunk (worse nearest verge on left going up the hill) and is now a nasty pothole caused bent tyre rim and burst tyre
