• Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

• This problem has not been fixed. No works have been undertaken by your contractors at this location and if a highways officer was to visit this site they would see that these potholes on the side of the carriageway are getting worse and that large pieces of broken concrete are spreading across the carriageway. Please arrange for contractors to return and complete a full repair to all these potholes.
