Offlet in the curb must be blocked as the water isn't flowing away. My update from reporting is was marked as 'complete'. On closer inspection of the photo attached, a flood board had been put up. This will not stop the water flowing down the school car park and into the school, it needs a long term solution, like unblocking the drain or inspection of the drain to find out what the problem is.
