Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 480793.

Hi, the culvert outside the property called Threeways must be blocked. During rain storms this has been flooding the corner junction of Station road and Holton Road. Now the weather is getting colder this is freezing over and is becoming very dangerous. Note only visible when it has been raining, no point checking it out when its dry!

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
