Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 480979.

I reported a problem with this area of Harrowby Lane on the 12/8/2023 @ 16.40. I indicated that the area was overgrown and leaves and debris would be blocking the drains. I also highlighted that this had caused flooding to the area over previous winter periods. LCC Closed the report on 30/8/2023 @09.33 LCC stated that no "immediate action would be taken" You further stated that you wanted to focus resources on "MATTERS OF SIGNIFICANT DANGER OR NUISANCE TO ROAD USERS"

I have visited the site today and a drain has been blocked by debris & leaves. The water is overflowing for around 200m down Harrowby Lane, across Fifth Ave junction . The recent cold spell now presents a "SIGNIFICANT DANGER OR NUISANCE TO ROAD USERS & MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC" Could you please rectify the issue ASAP because legally you were informed of the issue on the 12 August 2023
