Mud on Road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 481083.

Excess mud on road causing unsafe riding and driving conditions especially when wet or frozen. The mud appears to be from vehicles working at the Anglian Water site and appears to be an ongoing issue
