Corner of Orchard Close/ Roselea Ave

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 481179.

The new surface on the pavement is a trip hazard because the water sits on top in cold weather and ice forms. There have been several people falling from Orchard Close on this corner and several people from the next street too. The new surface is going down In the next few weeks on our pavements but seems to be unsafe for us. My partner fell on Saturday morning ( before snow) when he walked round corner too.
