End of orchard close on corner to roselea on left hand side and extending into roselea
Reported via mobile in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 12:08, Sun 3 December 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 hours, 2 minutes later. Council ref: 481161.
The new pavement that has been put down is very very icy and impossible to walk in without slipping or falling over. The issue is the new pavement surface from orchard close round left hand corner into roselea to where they haven’t resurfaced. This week it has been like walking on ice and is incredibly dangerous. The old surface was fine but this one is unsafe and causing people to slip and fall over. This surface is now being put down orchard close and without something being down we will be housebound during the icy weather due to fear of injury and breakage
Thanks for letting us know about your issue with a trip hazard or uneven surface. We will look into this and let you know what we find within the next 14 days. You can find out more about pavement maintenance on our website

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. Due to the cold weather, ice does form on surfaces. Grit bins are provided where needed and they can be used by the public. Thank you for reporting this matter.
