Reported via desktop in the Flowing water, no risk to life or property category anonymously at 16:07, Mon 4 December 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 481374.

Beck water rising rapidly. To avoid some of the problems we had in October I would appreciate some sand bags being delivered urgently. Also in advising early I hope the village will receive an early response that will be much appreciated. Thank you

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. Whilst we are aware of the issues across the County, we are still having to prioritise flooding sites which pose a risk to life or significant risk of internal flooding. We are not currently providing sandbags outside of locations where circumstances indicate actual risk to life or property as assessed by emergency services. Should you feel your property is at risk your first action should be to contact the emergency services who will assess the situation and act accordingly. Thank you for reporting this matter.

State changed to: No further action
