Water is now flowing down both sides of the road, from a crack in the gutter on one side and from the manhole cover in the middle of the road over to the other side. The rate of flow has increased since the initial report.

They'll only act when a black hole emerges. They're irresponsible. Also find it hypocritical that anglian water have the front to have "love every drop" emblazoned on all their fleet. They couldn't give a monkeys either!

I agree, I reported it directly to Anglian Water at the same time and they declared it 'probably flooding' so immediately closed the job on their system. Absolute joke.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the water had dissipated when we visited the site. We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspections of the highway in the meantime. Thank you for reporting this matter.

It's been leaking over a week and you've only just assessed it? It's been pouring the whole time yet when you assess it, it isn't? I beg to differ unless AW have cut the water supply!
