Whitehall and bakers yard

Reported via desktop in the Standing water covering more than half the road category anonymously at 17:23, Mon 11 December 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 482490.

Whenever it rains, water accumulates over each half of the road, the storm gullies are blocked. Plus the drainage of the water seems not to the flowing into the dyke down belchmire and has not for several years, since the planning was granted to South Holland to fill the dyke that ran from Whitehall to this dyke.
