Outside of hand car wash
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 482622.
It would appear a drain is blocked again as I’ve reported this before. Standing water from the entrance to car wash, over path and grass onto the road. People can’t walk down the road and are stepping out into the road or crossing over to avoid the water.
