I am amazed that you feel this road does not require further action, this is a single vehicle road and the only access to the three properties along the lane. It is impossible to avoid the largest of the potholes as this means nearly going in the dyke opposite and both sides of the road have potholes anyway As you can see it is at least 4" deep. If this is not attended to urgently I shall be passing my complaint to our local MP. You came in December and filled two potholes nearer to the main road end, it beggars belief why you did not fill the others further down at the same time, saving the cost of more visits. When pointed out to the workmen they said it was not on their list.

Hurtons Lane Covenham is a disgrace. I have been reporting the continuing deterioration for over five months and nothing is happening to improve the situation. It is impossible to miss the potholes when driving and it is becoming increasingly difficult for pedestrians as the surface is rutted the entire length of the lane with deep and unavoidable potholes. Hurtons Lane is NOT a private lane , the council are responsible for its upkeep. You are failing in your duty to provide safe access for road users and pedestrians. Visitors are trying to avoid the largest hole and are coming dangerously close to slipping into the dyke. Please re access your decision to ignore the problems Covenham has with the deterioration of Hurtons Lane, Grange Lane, Birketts Lane and Newbridge Lane as they are becoming dangerous for both drivers and pedestrians.
