Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 483031.
The tarmac is crumbling away from the pavement causing a trip hazard. This is a new occurrence and is happening at different locations along the entire length of the pavement outside the church grounds.

So in the meantime all you've done is closed the footpath and make pedestrians including children walk around park cars onto a main Road and that is safe? The path is also deteriorating badly towards the Cross Keys Bridge roundabout.
